Greg and his team were absolutely fantastic! Quick to respond, communicated effectively, friendly, and was always on time! Moreover, Greg was able to provide solutions for a job that required some custom retrofitting and even welding - specifically, installing a smart lock on an industrial door that other locksmiths said "couldn't be done"! Convenient key-copier located in Rite-Aid, no hassle. Easy-to-follow instructions, credit card payment, and I was done making 3 copies of a key in about 7 minutes. They don't have certain key types in stock, but offer free shipping if they're out.

The keys are great but the prices yeah they are expensive at least I got my 3rd key for free...got two green keys and a bottle opener key yeah they have that and for the price you paying anyways might as well get it lol it works great everyone asks me where I got a bottle opener key from they like it and so do I.

Key kiosks are fun and convenient. Customer service and communication is good. Only viable for keys you can get at kiosk. Order keys not a good idea. One key order came and was clearly the wrong key. So the kiosk should have an abort button if you can't get the key right away.

It works. Kinda wish it would do more than one key at a time but it was convenient and fast enough and the keys work.
